Day 3 Of Wearing Blue Light Filtering Glasses, Starting Two Hours Before Bed.
As for day 3, I managed to get some decent sleep and a full night of sleep at that. However, I did seem to miss my mark on deep sleep. I didn’t even register a percentage. Which will happen from time to time. By nature I’m a very light sleeper, so a number of factors could be contributing to my numbers in deep sleep. I also went to sleep a little earlier then expected this night so I wasn’t able to wear the glasses for too long before bed. I did manage to have a great night of dreaming yet again. Either way, hopefully we can improve on the deep sleep results tonight. As for sleep rating, I’ll give night three a 6 out of 10.
